Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn or damaged by the customer
• Items without original tags
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return

1. Contact us at francesco@vxndito.com to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
3. Package items securely and ship to our return address
4. Include your order number and reason for return

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
